Solvent Essential Oil Extraction Machine means it is using the solvent (Like the ethanol ,methanol ,acetone )based to extract the essential oil active ingredient from the herbal raw material like the Plant rhizome: Aquilaria, ginger, aloe, clove ;Plant fruit: passion fruit, pepper, Oleoresin ,castor, star anise, grape seed, lemon etc
Solvent Essential Oil Extraction Machine methods :
solvent and raw material are put into in the extraction tank and start to give heat source to the inside shell raw material product. After the inside shell extraction tank boiling, and maintenance boiling for some time . then use the transfer pump to transfer the extraction solution to the collection tank , and then use the evaporator machine to evaporate the solvent and left the essential oil and collected and storage.

it is also can use the basket type extraction tank ,which flowers raw material can charge into the feeding basket ,then load the basket into the extraction tank ,after extraction ,the residue material in the basket will can be take out too .
