Vacuum Emulsifying Machine is a complete vacuum mixer system for the manufacturing of ointment and cream in the cosmetic,pharmaceutical, food and chemical industries.
Structure and technology specification :
The whole equipment of this system is composed of parts below: emulsifying mixer tank ,oil phase tank ,Water phase tank , vacuum system, hydraulic system, electric control system etc.
1.1 Emulsify mixer tank:
Structure: With three-layer structure, upper and lower end sockets. The upper end socket is connected to the tank body with flange between them.In the mixer tank, there are 3 mixers:
1.1.1 Cutting and vortex emulsify mixer: 1150-3500 rpm (frequency control)
1.1.2 Low-speed frame type scraping mixer: 10-40 rpm (frequency control)
1.1.3 Low-speed converse mixer, electric motor is the same as low-speed frame type scraping mixer's 10-40 rpm.
1.1.4 Attached units of the tank: Liquid feed inlet with stainless steel pipe filter, solid adding material inlet, vacuum inlet, compressed air inlet, breaking vacuum inlet, sight glass, temperature sensor, CIP cleaning head, dust-proof sterile breathing device.
1.2 Pretreatment tank:
1. oil phase tank and water phase tank
2. Structure: open (half-open) type, with three feet and mixer.
1.3 Vacuum system:
Adopting water ring type vacuum pump
1.4 Hydraulic system:
Composed of oil cylinder, solenoid valve, over-fall valve, oil box, and pressure- keeping valve.
1.5 Electric control system (PLC control)
Vacuum Emulsifying Machine have different options by client:
1) material can be SS304 or SS316L .
2) heating can be by electrical or steam.
3)PLC/HMI control or common button control .
Machine composite:
The machine includes vacuum emulsifying mixer tank,water phase tank ,oil phase tank, vacuum pump, hydraulic system, tilting system. ,pipeline and electric control system.
