Multifunctional Extraction Production line is used to extractor the APIs and Essential oil from the herbal raw material material ,animal organic ,seafood,flower ,seed ,leaf,fruit ,stem,roots and Natural products , which fit the water based extractor ,solvent based extractor and steam distill etc process. Also can work under the vacuum and positive pressure .
Main Equipment of Multifunctional Extraction Production line :
1. multifunctional extraction tank : which can be load the raw material and water(solvent ) ,the raw material soaked in the water(solvent ) solution ,then heating for the boiling by steal or electrical and control the boiling temperature and extracting time ,after reaching the process requirement ,then the extraction solution outlet.
2.transfer pump and filter : which can transfer the extraction solution to the storage and also can fitter the particle/raw material at the same time ,the filter pore size can choose according to the material process requirement
3. extraction solution storage tank : which can keep the filtered extraction solution .which outside have the insulation layer can keep the worker operation safety .
4.evaporator machine : which is used to remove the water from the extraction extraction solution to get much high solid content .as usual it need work under vacuum ,evaporate in the low temperature ,can keep the extraction solution color and taste in the origin. according to the different capacity ,we can use the single effect evaporator ,double effect evaporator and multiple evaporator etc.
5. purify machine : due to the water/solvent based extraction process ,there will be have lots byproducts in the extraction solution ,so it need purify machine to remove the byproduct. as usual ,it is used the solvent sediment tank and ion resin column equipment.
6.solvent recovery system : due to the purify process ,there will be some solvent caused ,so we need use the solvent recovery system to make these solvent reuse again for the next batch
7.vacuum scraper concentrator : which used to remove the water (solvent )in the extraction solution and can get he product in much higher viscosity product
8).vacuum dryer or spray dryer : to get the products in powder solid
