Movable Solution Mixing tank is used to WFI water with Pharmaceutical APIs together according to the technological proportions. Which can be used in the infusion water ,injection solution etc ,the tank is designed company with CIP/SIP system ,can be PLC automatic control the whole production process .

Movable Solution Mixing tank is used for the low viscosity solution like infusion solution ,injection solution ,eyedrop solution ,syrup solution ,oral liquid etc

Movable Solution Mixing tank is composed of mixing tank body, upper and lower heads, agitator, support, transmission device, shaft seal device, etc. heating device or cooling device or metering device can also be configured according to process requirements.

Movable Solution Mixing tank Characteristic:

1) Volume we can produce from 50L ---500L.

2) Contact Product Material is SS316L.Non-Contact part material is SS304 etc.

3) Jacket can be used different type : single full jacket ,limpet coil jacket and dimple type jacket.

4) Jacket can be used for heating and cooling .

5)Heating medium is steam or hot water or electrical

6)cooling medium is chiller or tap water

7) agitator type :can be top mounted propeller type agitator or bottom mounted magnetic agitator

8) Insulation material can use mineral wool ,rock wool ,PUF etc.

9) Tank can be equipped with manhole ,CIP spray ball ,vent filter level sensor ,temperature sensor ,pressure sensor ,load cell ,PH sensor ,PO2 sensor ,safety valve,sampling valve etc.

10) Tank can be CIP/SIP online.

11) control panel :PLC /HMI automatic control or common button control .

12) inside shell mirror polish Ra<0.4um ,outside shell polish Ra<0.8um.

CIP spray ball	Wash &clean tank inside surface and devices automatic ,which should connect to the CIP machine station
Vent filter	Filter air to prevent the bacteria into the tank ,also can release the tank inside pressure.
Temperature sensor (gauge)	Indicate inside tank temperature and PID temperature control with the necessary valve and fittings
Pressure sensor (gauge)	Indicate the inside tank pressure
PH sensor	Indicate the product PH data
PO2 sensor	Indicate the product Oxygen content
